The first test, with another examiner, the gentleman was clear of the alleged sexual assault. I reviewed that test, and the video recording reveals the subject discussed with the examiner that his wife had read about the polygraph. The test data are quite messy, and I could not support the earlier test.

Yet another reason for a good QA protocol. Such false-negatives only make us look like puppets and pawns of our consumers, whether attorneys, social services, or probation.

There are other interesting cases in Colorado, I just can't think of one right now.
